Garden of Wonder privacy

Effective September 9, 2026

This policy is for the Garden of Wonder game published by Deep Forest Labs LLC (dba Popz). The studio website has a separate note at popzgames.com/privacy.

You can play without creating an account. Accounts are optional and use email, from Settings.

What we collect

Local play on your device stays on your device until you sign in or the game sends crash, analytics, or ad data as above.

How we use it

We use this information to run the game, keep optional accounts and cloud saves working, fix crashes, understand what to improve, show ads, and handle store purchases. We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties

Depending on the build, the game may share data with:

Those companies have their own policies. We ask them only for what we need to run Garden of Wonder.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your optional account and the data tied to it. We complete requests within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires, such as some purchase history, and we will say so if that applies.

Request deletion on the web: Request account deletion. Email ops@deepforestlabs.ai works too. Use the email on the account. When iOS ships, Settings will also let you start deletion in the app.

How long we keep data

Account and cloud-save data last until you ask us to delete them, or we close the account. Crash, analytics, and advertising data follow the retention of those services. After a deletion request we remove what we can within 30 days.

Children

Garden of Wonder is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think we have, email ops@deepforestlabs.ai and we will delete it.
