Request account deletion

Garden of Wonder accounts are optional. If you created one, you can ask us to delete it and the data tied to it. This page is for Deep Forest Labs LLC (dba Popz), publisher of Garden of Wonder.
How to request
- Email us from the address on the account, or include that address in the message.
- Say you want your Garden of Wonder account deleted.
- Add any other detail that helps us find the account. You do not need a player ID.
Or write to ops@deepforestlabs.ai with the subject “Garden of Wonder account deletion”.
What we delete
Within 30 days we delete the account and associated game data we hold — including the account email and cloud save / progress tied to it, where we have that data.
We may keep records the law requires, such as some purchase history. Crash, analytics, and advertising partners may keep data under their own policies for a limited time.
Uninstalling the app clears local data on that device. It does not delete a cloud account. Use this page (or Settings, once that control ships) if you created an account.
If you never made an account
There is no Popz account to delete. Uninstall the app to remove local play data on that device.
